The Henry H. Stambaugh Auditorium Association appointed new officers and welcomed three new board members at its January meeting.

Newly elected officers are Mark Gasser, president; Scott Schulick, vice president; Tracie Stephens, treasurer; Cheryl McArthur, secretary; and Terrence Cloonan, immediate past president.

Elected to the board of directors are Denise Bayer, vice president and senior relationship manager for The Huntington Private Bank; Mark Brown, former general manager of the Vindicator Printing Company and a member of the corporate team at WFMJ-TV; and Justin M. Jennings, chief executive officer of Youngstown City Schools.

Returning board members are John H. Yerian III and Michael R. Crist.
