YOUNGSTOWN — JAC Management announced refund procedures Wednesday for customers who purchased tickets in person at the Covelli Centre box office for events at the downtown arena and Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre.

Those who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster.com for events at either venue should have been issued refunds automatically for canceled shows or given the option to keep their tickets or request refunds for rescheduled events.

For in-person purchases at the box office only, ticket holders need to mail the following items: tickets, a copy of the receipt (or date of purchase if the receipt no longer exists); contact information (name, mailing address, phone number); and credit card information (number and expiration date, security code isn’t needed).

Those who paid cash for tickets will be issued a reimbursement check.

The tickets and information should be mailed to: Covelli Centre, ATTN: Box Office, 229 E. Front St., Youngstown, OH 44503.

For rescheduled shows, tickets already purchased will be honored for the new date.
