More than 20 artists received awards in the But I Know What I Like art show, which runs through Nov. 17 at the Davis Family YMCA, 45 McClurg Road, Boardman.

The show is open to artists in Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties and juried by nonprofessionals. This year, 140 artists submitted 243 pieces for consideration. Money raised from the show funds the YMCA / John Patterson Memorial Art Scholarship for a creative adult with neurological challenges.

Best of show honors went to Diane Beatty, and Judy Armeni, Jim Mueller and John Schlabaugh received jurors’ awards. Awards of excellence went to Carole Conaster, James O’Malley, Lisa Lynn Vulovich and Don Wright with Barry, Cindy Cunningham, Autumn Ellis, Nancy Hawkins, Josephine Hodos, Jeff Vargo, Pete Vouvounas and receiving merit awards. Honorable mention recognition was given to Richarda Bisson, Angela Garner, Lisa Lee Kohler, Carol Liebschner, Issue McFadden and Linda Mohn.
