The family of Bob and Norma Brooks, formerly of Canfield, celebrate the couple’s 75th wedding anniversary April 17 in Fort Myers, Fla.

They were married April 20, 1946, in Erie, Pa.

Bob, along with his brother Don, owned and operated The Safety Tire Co., with several locations in the Youngstown area until his retirement.

Norma was a homemaker and later worked at Brenner’s Jewelry and Macy’s for many years.

They have five children, Karen (Bob) Ash, Rick (Linda) Brooks, Lisa Brooks, Matt (Joanie) Brooks and Stephanie (Duerk) Zinn; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Bob and Norma are happy, healthy, enjoying life together and looking forward to another great year.
