Maribeth Anne Schiavone and Michael Wade Perry were united in marriage at a Sept. 27, 2019, wedding ceremony at St. Monica Catholic Church, Chippewa, Pa. The Rev. John F. Naugle officiated.

A reception was held following the ceremony at The Gathering Place at Darlington Lake, Darlington, Pa.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. Anthony and Phyllis Schiavone of Warren. Parents of the groom are John and Roberta Perry of Uniontown, Pa.

Christine Gresko attended her sister as matron of honor. Serving as flower girl was the bride’s niece and goddaughter, Gianna Gresko.

Performing the duties of best man for the groom was Johnathan Leung.

The new Mrs. Perry graduated in 2005 from John F. Kennedy High School in Warren. She graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2010 and her Master of Science degree in nursing in 2014, both from Youngstown State University. She is employed as a nurse practitioner at Allegheny General Hospital, Center for Digestive Health in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Perry is a 2002 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School in Uniontown, Pa., and earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in 2008. He is as a clinical assistant professor of pharmacy practice at the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy in Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple resides in Pittsburgh.
