Sunday's edition of The Vindicator was fairly robust.
A few of us were talking about its major points of interest and opportunities for debate as we headed down to the annual Ohio AP convention to pick up an honor for First Amendment protection.
As we were remarking, this email came into my phone, and I thought it was worth sharing ...
Congratulations on your school levy editorial, the articles on the vacant Idora Park, the airport, and DeSouza's explanation of less than transparent operations and people behind County Government.
We live in interesting times which require an independent, impartial, public voice to help sort them out. Of course, it doesn't hurt that I share the Vindy's position on the schools, and suspect skulduggery by any public official involved in a commercial or religious venture which their public jobs may influence.
Anyway, I very much enjoyed the edition. I wish that I had the knowledge and connections to unearth the many facts good journalism requires.
