Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann's decision to place his communications director and confidante, Leo Jennings III, on paid administrative leave has triggered speculation about the reasons for the action. And there is only one person who can shed light not only on Jennings' administrative leave, but on the sexual harassment allegations that have been made by two female employees against Anthony Gutierrez, a high-ranking staffer who has also been placed on paid administrative leave: The attorney general.
