Miller 64 Greatest Scramble series is all smiles

This is year 4 of the Greatest Golfer of the Valley program. Every year, we’ve added to the offerings to make the program as complete a service to the golf community as time and budget allow.
This year’s addition is the Greatest Scramble, and it is simply been outstanding in the few weeks it’s been on the schedule.
Among the chatter:
At the South Range booster scramble, apparently one team has solidly won that event in recent years. With that scramble now a qualifier for the Greatest Scramble, that team has split up to find new players and stack the deck.
And at Tamer Win, the Rolfe scramble had already happened before our Greatest Scramble was launched. So excited were the winners of that event, they asked if their event could become a qualifier — post-event. Just so they could play Greatest.
Pretty cool ....

Donnell Ford Golf Outing, Valley Golf Club
QUALIFIERS: Jim Houp, B.J. Houp, Dave Liston, and Jeff Smith

Play It For The Kids Golf Outing, Trumbull Country Club
QUALIFIERS: Fred Janowski, Jim Keating, Bob Stevens, Bob Antenucci

30th annual Boardman Booster Golf Outing

• 24th annual South Range Raider Classic scramble
Diamond Back, Fee is $100 per person. Contact Joe Alessi at 330-953-7667. Deadline for entries is June 12.
• Mahoning County Juvenile Court Community Advisory Board Golf Classic
Kennsington Golf Club, Fee is $100 per person. Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Call Laura at 330-740-2244 (ext. 6490) or llonardo@mahoningcountyoh.gov. Deadline for entries is June 3.
• 7th annual Compass Family & Community Services Golf Outing
