I have read comments posted by other readers and it is clear that residents are fed up with the "cultural" differances that are perpetuating the violence and ignorance. After all these years, Youngstown has only gotten worse. The surrounding areas are not much different. My neice was attacked in the Niles KMart parking lot a couple years back and her assailents both got a slap on the wrist. When will there be a collective consious to change?
