Leaky election board

LISBON — The Columbiana County commissioners are debating whether to renovate the Board of Elections or move its operations to a new building. One of the problems with the building is that the roof leaks.
Lois Gall, director of the elections board, said this afternoon she wasn’t sure if the rain had kept away voters.
She said had had time to check because she had been busy mopping up water that was flooding the board’s meeting room.
