Buzz-and i do not mean pishkur !

I hear a lot from a lot and evaluate a lot.
This *buzz* is from an 88%-er(88% of the buzz from this source 'pans out'-{and I don't mean Pan} 12% doesn't or doesn't come to light)
The buzz is that there will be a new sheriff before this year's end-also, a federal investigation may bring down two incumbent office holders....stay tuned.
