CHIEF JUDGE DANNY J. BOGGS of the Sixth Circuit has designated Sixth Circuit JUDGE ALICE M. BATCHELDER and Distric Court JUDGE DAN A. POLSTER + JUDGE DAVID D. DOWD Jr.to serve as the THREE JUDGE PANEL now doing what WE failed to do!
