Remember when a 'Big Mac' was big and a 'large fry' was actually large? Apparantly, this is a thing of the past. After a long, hot day on Saturday, I stopped by Burger King around 11 p.m. I was hungry for a BK stacker (no sauce). Something must have gotten lost in translation, because I'm pretty sure they heard "No bacon). I checked my sandwiches and with my magnifyng glass, spied what amounted to bacon bits on my sandwich. It was like they put the crumbs on there. I hit reverse back to the window and asked for more bacon. They said that was the same amount as usual (It wasn't). They added more and I drove away. It wasn't a huge deal, but the last time I was there, the pork was plentiful and the price was still 99 cents. This time, the bacon was invisible and they charged me $1.29. Not what I'd call a very Happy Meal (even though this wasn't McDonald's).
