Happy Bacon Birthday

My youngest daughter's birthday is tomorrow (Dec. 29). She requested her favorite breakfast food — bacon! That happens to be MY favorite, too!

She's really funny - she's kind of a picky eater overall, but really likes meat. Loves ham, bacon, chicken, turkey. Guess she's a chip off the old Eric.

Anyway, it should be a fun day. We always try to make the day special, especially because it would be easy for her to get jipped on gifts and attention because of being born only 4 days after Christmas.But she's a pretty happy-go-lucky girl, so she'll appreciate whatever comes her way.

Including the bacon!
