Hopefully they don't ruin this. I had to take a friend somewhere close to the area at night and after dropping him off, I went through the area. I was waiting at the light and didn't realize i was in the wrong lane, so the light changed and I went slowly straight, this SUV with 3 black girls were next to me and laid on the horn, yell MF'er, and threw a butt can of cigarettes on my car, real classy. Then after driving past that gas station, all these cars with expensive rims and such were blasting some rap music with a bunch of guys standing around, with weed in the air, at the lot next to the gas station. I went further down and this car was coming to a stop every 5 to 10 feet, thought something was going on, but then he quickly turned on a side street, a guy was just crossing the street, almost got hit, and they yelled ni@!#4er to him and sped down the side street. Amazing, the streets were full of young adult blacks, party atmosphere and this was around 10 at night. I would take it these people don't work, sleep all day, and then come out at night. If I was a women or had a child in the car, I would have been scared for my life. And weird thing was not one cop in the area. I drove through downtown, East side, and seen cops everywhere, and it was all quiet. Go figure.
Hopefully the neighborhood gets sick and tired of this garbage and reclaim the area.
