That high pressure wand shoved into the attackers skin would have done some terrible damage .
Another good argument for CCW. I hope the young lady went to the local shooting range, rented a handgun and started learning how to handle it safely and shoot it well. There are plenty of NRA certified instructors in the Valley who are more than happy to assist. Things are only going to get worse during this downward spiraling depression we're in.
