This un-enhanced footage of a storm cloud was shot Wednesday, June 1, 2010 at the intersection of Kirk and Meridian roads during the tornado warning. This cloud has been described as a funnel cloud by some. What do you think it is?

Date is wrong - should say June 2nd. It doesn't look like a tornado, just a storm.

Not only is this not a tornado, also, the video was not taken at Kirk and Meridian. The corner is at Meridian and Canfield Road.

I don't see any rotation present.
View is looking south. On the other side of Youngstown-Canfield Rd., Meridian Rd. becomes Tippecanoe Rd.
I used to live about a half-mile from here. If I were still living there, I would have been outside watching.

Obviously it's not a tornado, as it is not reaching the ground.
The question is whether it was a funnel cloud... at points it looks to be rotating weakly, and at other times it does not (which would make it "scud", just some low hanging crap). It's hard to tell from what is there.

this is a very very weak funnel cloud. there are pictures coming out of canfield of this same funnel cloud this was a on the other side of the weak wall cloud, also i was chasing this storm on the south side of youngstown looking north which made it easier to see if your on the south side of a rotation thunderstorm and have my own video of it yes it was a funnel cloud yes weak but yes was one.
