I'd be happy if people stopped talking like animals on this website. Once again: all caps doesn't get your point across any better than a well-written, sincere response.
Instead of making ridiculous suggestions (like fencing in my city) why don't you actually -think- about what you say and produce a thoughtful, realistic suggestion about how we can resolve the social problems that face our community?
