Perfect example of NOT listening to what the Police say. And then they wonder why they get in trouble when all they have to do is LISTEN. Pitiful display of fools and in a court house at that.
How would some of you feel to loose a loved one suddenly? I'm not saying this was right but I do understand how they feel and I feel the court should of been prepaired for this to happen. When you have angry families anything is bond to happen.
There's a trying time to be had for all families and friends involved in most unfortunate circumstances like this one.
However, if / when the initiators of this assault is determined. Their savage asses needs to be maxed.
The initiators are intolerably trying to escalated this already tragic ordeal. And they need to be shut down and put away immediately for that.
Let the trial resume and determine if Shaw is guilty as charged. Where just like the family and friends of Ms. Banks has to live with her mortal departure. The Turner family and friends have to live with him having been shot.
The family and friends of Shaw has to sensibly accept he's charged with an indefensible action that's to be determined in the courts. Not with any aspect of their actions or attempt of vindication.
To subscribe to continuing to perpetuate the violence against non involved parties beyond what's already so tragically happened. Is the unreasonable mindset and barbaric actions of an abominable fool.
If all involved aren't / weren't immediately sequestered and thoroughly questioned. Law enforcement failed in their duties to arrest this.
That's beyond having egregiously errored on not acting with more precautions in protective manner.
Seems to me there were plenty of police officers, I don't see where the "court" or anyone else failed to be prepared. Nobody knows exactly what will happen. It was preparedness that kept this from being an all out riot, rather than the brief altercation and thuggish screaming match it ended up being.
Right, you don't do it in a courtroom, but what would you do if you wanted to see justice served for a loved one and someone punch you? I don't care what profession you are in, you will try and defend yourself. I was there and I agree it was crazy, but it wasn't the victim family's fault.(oh...just a side note, we do hold professional jobs) So please try and be a little rspectful to the families that 1st is still grieving the loss of our Precious Tracee Banks. Melvin and his coward brother Clyde are a disgrace to youngstown and the black community.
@ Rokscout I feel the courthouse should be prepared more when situations like this happen this is nothing new all across this country. When people are angry crazy things sometimes happen.
Even though they have a metal dectector some how sometimes people get by with some type of weapon. I read how they are not even sure if that stray bullet was from one of the officers or if it was from one of the feuding families on one of the news websites.
I would like to say again I am not in anyway defending the fighting it looked very ghetto and tacky. But thank god nobody else was killed over this incident and may Tracee Banks rest in peace.

My question is WHY and what reason would he have for punching him? I can't think of ONE answer for that. And if you were there did he say something to him to have him do that? And if I was in that situation I would NOT walk out with the other family, I would wait till they exited the building to leave. You know theres bad blood so avoid it. Wait.
