It's my understanding from the Vindy articles and interviews that Judge D'Apolito reduced the original bond from $500,000.00 to $20,000.00 at the urging of Prosecutor Gaines. If that is correct, then I think there are two people who need to be voted out of office..
On election day the people of Youngstown will remember Judge D'Apolito and his decision to reduce this punks bond. What the hell kind of judge are you ????
