Outstanding
Having just come back from a trip to Kansas City. Missouri, I am not impressed.While these are billed as "luxury" apartments, where are the high end finishes? Laminate countertops, carpeting, and ceiling fans for lighting does not say "luxury" to me. Some of the pictures show that the apartments are spacious, but what are you getting for your money? The "fitness center", is sparse. I saw much better for less money on my trip, and this was in an established area with shops, restaurants and nightlife. I love the idea, though, but I think the Frangos Group might want to lower their prices until the downtown area takes off.
