During this interview, Clinton said Youngstown's problems began 7 years ago, suggesting that Youngstown was fine before President Bush, and that it's current problem's are his fault.
Black Monday was in 1977 during the term of Democrat James Earl Carter.
President Clinton 42 was President for 8 years and accepted Youngstown's votes and then forgot about Y-town.
