Wow....I lived on youngstown east side for years. We had a crack house that was right across the street from where I lived. However when I called the police and told the And identified myself the police gave me a ticket for makeing false alarm calls becasue by the time they came the folkes had already left the crack house. I am never comming back to Jay Williams corrupt town. and I am advicing all of my family to abadoned that ship before it sinks.
There are parts of my grwoing up there that I charish. however I dont thank people like the pilce offers and Mayor Mckelvey cares. I feel jays heart I just dont thank it will come back
