Concernedcit: The court was called twice (two days in a row) and informed that the hearing would be covered. Second, I am not sure that Doug Taylor failed to show, but in any case, Mr. Taylor's office was called the morning of the sentencing. Mr. Taylor's secretary called him personally, and thereafter called Mr. Yavorcik's office to confirm that he was walking in to the courthouse that very minute.
