A lot of times the promoter had the ability to offload tickets before they went on sale to the general public. Belkin Productions out of Cleveland was notorious for this. They dressed it up like some fan club or something. You paid $200 a year for access to "all the best seats" before they went on sale to the public. Limits for these orders would be absurd too. Like 10 or 12 tickets per member.
Now I don't know if this practice still exists or how promoters fit into the modern concert industry, but I do know that Ticketmaster has been caught dumping tickets to scalping agencies (checkout the Bruce Springsteen incident from 2009) before they went on sale to the public fairly recently.
And for the media outlets who told people the best way to get tickets would be online, don't do that next time. If I were going for tickets today, I would have CALLED Ticketmaster right at 10 a.m.
Ten years ago, I would go to Cedars just about every week. The chance of seeing a cool band was pretty high and there weren't a lot of hipsters. Crime? meh...you might get your car broken into, but other than that there was more risk of something bad happening in the uptown region.
First thought was this is the Plain Dealer. Second thought, the paper feels smaller. Color looks good, but that should be nothing to be proud of because mostly all of the area papers have been looking like that for years.
I would doubt this crime was gang-related. Gangs are more or less business enterprises and a crime like this brings too much unwanted attention and disrupts business.
My guess is if this person was related to a gang he or she will be dealt with and punished internally for causing difficulties.
In all likelihood, it was probably some low level nobody who just needed a fix and the robbery went very wrong.

Are UFOs in our midst?
Utter nonsense.
It's probably a stealth fighter/bomber or something of the sort. Jumping to the alien hypothesis is amateurish b.s.

Fard got busted in an arson scheme in 2008. The state was very correct in stepping in.
Fard might eventually end up losing all of that anyway. Better to wait.
