It is obvious that this man has suffered some medical problem and as a result his family had to endure a weekend of hell. So please keep those comments to yourselves and let this family deal with the issue they must face.
Volney will become a Charter School. Its a brand new building they will come in and take it over and open it up and take more students from the City. A city School System which has proven cannot educate a flea.
I am no fan of Judge Sweeney but the cops screwed this case up not the judge. The defendant's rights were violated and the courts allmsaid so. So the state had no choice but to dismiss the case. Judge Sweeney wasn't even the one to rule on the motion to supress it was a visiting judge because she was in a death penalty case. So even though I would love to blame her she did not do anything wrong here.
Its time for a change, we need new leadership in this county. Vote Greene for sheriff, Vote Ditzler for commissioner, and Vote Jay for prosecutor. Its time for some young blood to take over and make the changes that are needed inthis valley. With Greene and Jay they will make a great team in enforcing justice in Mahoning County. Gains has to go, he is so ineffective. He cant find the courthouse. Lets make the changes and vote GREENE, DITZLER and JAY
Does anyone realize that Mahoning County Sheriff's Deputies are among the lowest paid in the state of Ohio. And we sit here and complain about them. There just isn't enough money to go around.
Having known Vince and his family for the past few years I have to say that I have lost a friend and fellow attorney and will miss his irish limrics and his songs. I will keep his family in my prayers.
