As he is a highly educated person ... what part of " NO " does he not understand !!!! He just doesnt seem to get the message that the citizens and taxpayers have had enough , and there is nothing left to give !!!!
I can only will say this from my personal viewpoint , i have contacted every one of our elected officials , from capri cafaro . gerberry , hagan, ryan , as well as the regional council of gov. , the regional chamber , and i have not received one bit of positive assistance or response back from any one of them . All i receive is " Lip Service" , and we all know what that is good for . i am a business owner and have hope of employing up to 65 people . i would like them to do a bit more then just talk .
Here is a few good questions for the Judges ? When was the last time you Five wise people have taken a pay cut , to help reduce the budget ? When was the last time you Judges decided to give the taxpayers a break on the amount of money you need to operate your courts ? Do you run your personal finances the same way you operate the courts and taxpayers money ? I think you are getting way to money now , and 10 percent cut is way to small , it should be in the 25-30 percent if not more . try turning down the heat in the winter , and the air in the summer !!!!! You should be glad i am not a commissioner you would get far less and deal with it !!!! You state it is due you under the Constitution , well it also states that the people are not to be subjected to an unnecessary taxation placed upon them by Government !!!
What is very sad about this is by doing this is may be getting rid of more jobs ,,,and you tell me in our econimic state .... can this be afforded ? Not to mention the tax dollars that youngstown will lose of this building along with taxes lost from the lost jobs ..... and Youngstown wonders why they are broke ....GO FIGURE !!!!!!!!!!

None of the funding should be used for improvements . It should only be used for Busing and additional routes . Only a few months ago the top brass were wining about not having enough funds for the bus routes . Smells like a scam ... WRTA need some outside oversite !!!!

Plane trips ....cell phones ..... misuse of funding for a security system .... gas for trips to deliver his wifes dishes for her business ......he dosent seem to concerned about that money .
So they will return all the funding and grants , that they get for this program ??? I would say not , they will keep it , maybe for coffee and doughnuts .
