Does EEC expose its employees and/or community to LEAD and/or any other hazardous metals/elements? Does EEC dispose of hazardous chemicals in a responsible manner? Does EEC have an adequate and successful training program for its employees? Does EEC compensate and/or treat its employees equally and fairly throughout the company? Does EEC offer wages higher, lower or equal to those wages offered at other comparable (UNION)foundries in "U.S.A"? What is the turnover rate at this "NON-UNION" company? What is the """TRUE""" QUALITY or your "WORLD CLASS" "NON-UNION" product? What are the stats on your "ON TIME DELIVERY" of your product, that "MEETS" or "EXCEEDS" customer specifications?
Does EEC have meetings dedicated to the suppression and/or deterrence of any/all union relations? (Is this "FREE CHOICE", or is it "LET'S SPREAD PROPAGANDA AND FEAR to INFLUENCE THE "FREE CHOICE"???)
DAN RHOADS asks, "WHY ARE THEY PUSHING THIS BILL SO STRONGLY?" ASK HIM, WHY IS HE SO STRONGLY OPPOSING any ADVANCEMENT in the current UNION situation?? IS IT FEAR? IS IT THE SAME FEAR THAT MOST "NON-UNION" EMPLOYERS IMPOSE ON EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE LESS THAN FAVORABLE WORK ENVIRONMENTS?(pay, equality, expectations, safety, etc.) I've witnessed several companies using scare tactics/threats and/or compensation/promotions and other perks prior to the "SECRET BALLOT ELECTION" to influence the vote. Think about it, give 51% of the workers a raise so you won't have to give 100% of the workers a raise and a better work environment!!!! Or be threatened that the company will "CLOSE THE DOORS" before becoming UNION!!!(GEE I WONDER WHY THE UNIONS CAN'T CONSISTENTLY WIN a high percentage of secret ballot elections when good employees hear both sides on the issues and can vote in the security of a secret ballot)(GOOD EMPLOYEES or INFLUENCED?)
Does EEC use "UNION" companies that have gone "BELLY UP" as an example of "HOW HORRIBLE" and "HOW DANGEROUS" a "UNION" can be. Even though the reasons are totally unrelated to "UNION REGULATIONS"! TO ALL NON-UNION workers and supporters!!! Ask a "UNION WORKER" in a position similar to your own, about their pay and work environment, I'll bet that they have it better than YOU!! DAN RHOADS, are you comfortable with your employees choosing to join the union??? If that is what they choose, are you supportive??? Or were you just trying to APPEAR supportive of the "EMPLOYEE's RIGHTS" while embedding your PROPAGANDA and Derogatory Opinions of the UNION in your article?????? WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!
