Please do not group these people with God's creations. Animals have a purpose. These people don't. I pray someday they might wake up and partake in the civilized community and be productive citizens. Why am I even commenting,,,I'm just sick of this entitled mentality, unsympathetic, cruel society and world we live in. ..

Well I guess the grieving is over for the two families previously losing loved ones/or involved in gun violence. Time to take to the streets again. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? It's frustrating I would like to know? Seriously. You're not bad a$$'s your idiots. Well enjoy your day and whoop it up after you bond out. Also sit around with your thumbs up your A$$ comparing mugshots. Just don't get it. My prayers to the Cortez Family, very sorry for your loss.

Kudos to YNDC for their efforts in the revitialization of the city of Youngstown. This city needs to be brought back to life on every side of town. I hope Cortland Banks grant the loans to well deserving homeowners that are responsible and want to be part of this community. We cannot afford another fiasco like the one a few years back. These vacant homes need owners that are proud to be homeowners and be able to afford them. Owning a home is a privledge and that privledge takes a lot of work, money and time to keep it maintained.

God Bless Pastor Jenkins on your new endeavor. This might be a positive outlook for the youths of the westside. Welcome to the westside of Youngstown.

I don't know when it started, but for a very long time businesses have been treating Mahoning Ave like Rogers Flea Market. Why is it neccessary for you to advertise your items on the sidewalk, why can't the customers just walk into the establishments. Used lawn equipment, mannequins dressed to the nines, old furniture, bathtubs, toilets and the list goes on and on. Every small business does it. This does nothing for the community's appearance. It looks like trash day everyday of the week. Sidewalks are meant for the public to walk on, not for your own personal billboard.

Mother needs love, support and prayers from the community not judgmental comments from the public.

It is this country's mentality. If it's an inconvenience get rid of it. Sad, but true.

This is one of the down falls by living in the city. That was choice the tennants of International Towers made when they took up residency, Yes your dollars contribute to the city of Youngstown, but this event, Party on the Plaza brings in a huge amount of money for all the businesses in this town. Sorry for your inconvience twice a month, but it would be a big mistake taking this venue out of the city. I would be more worried about International Towers being torn down and turned into a more profitable entity...surprised it hasn't happened or talked about.
