I am very happy to hear this~~ animals need a voice! People are the reason there are so many neglected and abused animals. There needs to be someone to be there to respond to calls of abuse and the people need to be dealt with. I say a big THANK YOU to the Lariccias.
I dont see why more people cant be let out on house arrest? They have to pay to be on, which would provide some sort of income for the county , and it would still give people boundaries without being in jail. Or why they cant let out non-violent inmates on dui charges or driving on suspension to clean up youngstown. 8 hours of cleaning up a day with how many inmates.... think of how nice it could look.
I agree..... he dismemberd a person and threw her body parts around the state of pa!! what is the big deal! im sure her death wasent painless. this is rediculious.. Her poor family just wants closure... its long overdue!!!
