OVI charge dropped; Pavlik fined $150 each for two misdemeanors

hey there a MLC i dont think i never mentioned that i should not have got what i deserved but i guess name calling is a way to make your point.. but so u are clear atv bicycle or car all qualify for DUI and the man u so valiantly want to defend that endlessly has been spotted for atown to ytown falldown drunk thats your personal right to but attacking me personally make to your opinion look rather weak at best as i am also entitled to my opinion. well as some of us know canfield pd has on several occasion has called his attorney to pick him up after being picked up driving drunk and it went no further. so to concluded i atleast paid for crime to the fullest extent of the law and well as i see it recieved no preferential treatment. u call me a crybaby i just see it as voicing my opinion and look at you ability to debate as nothing more than the level of grade school playground child trying to make a point.

OVI charge dropped; Pavlik fined $150 each for two misdemeanors

nah i guess there was no preferantial treatment here or any thing. hell 10yrs ago i barely blew over the limit and it cost me nearly 5000 and weekend at that ridiculous drunk school. some one got paid on this one! Kelly this why everyone is tired of you and your BS. nothing more than an embarassment and we all had high hopes for you including myself. i dont want to hear any crybaby bs about band wagon blah blah blah jumping off. he was given a talent and the chances of a life time none of us will ever see and has squandered them and as a man he continues to embarass himself. yes you are in the public eye no suprise you knew that going into this when is it going to sink in!

Wyoming lawmakers reject welfare drug testing

way to go there Wyoming i mean us working stiffs are ok with the random drugs test we go thru so we can work and keep the welfare system and scoial security systems in place. Why not just let those who want to sit back take that money and waste it getting high and not wanting to work face any reprecussions or sanctions. Those who do want to work i dont see why they would have an issue with it its protocol for any job interview before being hired. So u question the consititionality of it what a mockery you are just enabling a failing system to fail even more by allowing leachs to kling to it for slavation.

UPDATED: Pavlik fight called off

In case anyone has missed it Pavlik is no longer the champion of the world which means he does not call the shots. I think someones ego has gotten the best of him. To be world class takes talent and all Kelly has done has pissed it away time and time again over the most trivial of incidents that put his name in the paper. Its time to realize all the people that you let down children that will never have chance to be in your shoes but chose to live vicariously through you. Your no bigger or better than anyone of us out there just blessed with a talent and now you choose to squander it. Throw in the Towel he is nothing more than a has been for us Youngstown!

Two arsons probed at Rumors Lounge

Its simply amazing the holier than thou attitude you people display and the rumor mills you can generate. Back the bus up and give Brent some credit he did not hide behind his computer and bash people he got his ass up and made a move and got in the bar business. which we all know is by no means easy and yes it has its bad side fighting underage drinking. i know Brent and i have never heard him have a bad word to say about anyone or thing. Before you get to making accusations get the facts and get to know the person you attack. Afterall there is no such things as random acts of crime so it has to be the bar owner. its a shame that when some one has a lil success it generates so many haters instead of congragulaters and yes i have drank in both bars and you know what its a bar like any other you cant dictate your cliental you treat them all with respect as he did. I had a good time both at Rumors and Gossip. Its not what you know it what you can prove!

Chaney High gets a waiver day to address discipline problems

When did it change from a right to an education to being owed one. expulsion is an answer if they dont want to be there why affect the kids that do. so i hear on say they can sit at home and what tv. instead how about the parent or parents step up to the plate. so they cant go to school, i believe i have heard of boarding schools or military schools. well then the next comment will be how does that happen if one cant afford it, good question. how about this for an answer, We as parents step it up a notch take responsibilty for our childs actions and behavior, take the action to eliminate the problematic behavior instead what is commonplace in hoping the schools and under payed teachers raise and mold our childern or for that matter a babysitter to their kids. I cant understand how we have lost sight as parents that our childern are our reponsibility no one elses. Grow up society we are not owed every thing we want. we fought for the right to have it just as we did for our independence as a country. its actually good to see some one taking the intrest in his school even if it does come at a day off for the children.

Critics say Santa on Ohio flagpole is unpatriotic

We have to have Christmas Trees removed from banks and airports , Santas removed from flag poles. Really is this as pathetic of a society that we have become that every time we do something we have to fear offending someone. This a holiday meant to bring families together and it especially speaks to the children and all we have is adults that cant find anything better to do than complain about something. look at it thru a childs eyes when they see the lighted chrismas tree or the santa atop a flag it is amazement for them. As far as it being war time yes you are correct but the thought of christmas is a time for those with out loved ones state side to come closer together an each of the christmas icons relay that belief. Ask yourself do you think in some tiny way those patriot soliders would not want to have a christmas tree in view somewhere where they are stationed or even go the extra mile to decorate in someway or what they think of people whom want to take these things from the view of their small children. Society its time to grow up and take on the bigger battles at hand and quit being so selfish in our beliefs.

Aspiring rapper pleads guilty to killing 4 in Va.

really lets go blame the music and what ever else we can find as to make us feel better about ourselves and not take ownership for ones own action. I agree with an eye for eye and our country is so over run with high priced attorneys and easy laws what do we really have to fear for our mistake and bad judgements. i remember when Marlyn Manson came under attack he sat back and calmly rationalized his image though many opposed. He stated he is a highly educated man who sells an image not an ideology, everyone takes something different from his music. censorship is not the answer it starts with education and parenting and the more people cling to lame reasoning that its music or any other cop out the more we as a society can dismiss blame and punishment for our actions.
