Carlstaatz, You have to be kidding me? You are justifying running an illegal business because there are educated people that are more qualified for employment? Give me a break. Are you forgetting that education means dedication to a cause other than causing trouble?? I think you need to do something with your life--obviously you are uneducated trash that thinks the "world owes you something."
I agree to an extent that experience matters too; however, I have 10 years accounting experience, a BA of Accounting and a MBA. I would be extremely upset if a person with experience only was hired rather than an educated person.
Companies need not hire candidates, train them and fund their education. That is absurd to even expect. There are so many well-educated individuals that have put themselves through college and are too looking for employment. It seems on right to hire a candidate that has shown dedication and responsibility by earning a degree. The days of our parents' are over. You now need an education to get somewhere.

Not to mention, the people living in these well-manicured homes aren't people of the "hood." For example, my sister and her 3 children live in a cute little house--located 3 houses down from the home shot at. Here is my problem--there are scumbags and losers in everyone of our communities--Austintown, Boardman, Poland. Generalzing this this is a hood full of african american gansters is irrationale.
Furthermore, we need to focus on the families that still live in the city, pay their taxes, and want to feel SAFE!! Is that too much to ask?
