Florida has 10 20 life. Ohio needs that immediately. Crime with a gun 10 years, discharge it 20 years, shoot or kill someone 25 years to life. Convicted fellon with a gun 3 years.
First of all this man apparently has a problem. You can not just throw this man under the bus, he needs help. Sounds to me like some of you have never been through hard times. I think he should recieve treatment, placed on limited duty, and reinstated. If he shows up again intoxicated, then U terminate him. At least give him a chance, especially in this economy. Even more so dealing with some of the criminals in youngstown. If an officer can last as long as he did he deserves another chance.
