@Eddiegasior who said "I think this kid ran his mouth to the wrong person and now he pays for it.It's a sad and simple truth."
What a shame that you have such a negative and bitter outlook on life that when a 17 year old boy loses his life from being shot to death, the only thing you can think of to say is that he was "running his mouth and he is now paying for it" when you have not a clue what happened. Show some sympathy and respect to the family, but wait it sounds like Eddie Gasior was at the scene of the crime so obviously he knows that there should be no sympathy because the kid brought BEING SHOT TO DEATH unto himself ... and enlighten us; why would the man who murdered him load him up into a car and drive him to the hospital?

Not to bet against the judge and count chickens before they hatch, BUT ...
I bet if the judge could see into the future that this maniac was going to kill his daughter in a drunk driving accident, he would give him the max sentence possible.
But since that hasn't happened yet, he will get off easy, then, it will be too late when it does happen, because eventually it will. Only a matter of time.

Oh, and when you start to refuse raises and fair wages for police officers, that is when the quality of officer you are left with is also compromised. All of a sudden forgetting to turn in the dope and money from an earlier traffic stop doesn't sound like a bad idea ...

@michael1757 - Hmm ... Don't know about you, but $30,000/year would not be enough for me to deal with the everyday occurrences of a police officer. Go and risk your life everyday, sometimes multiple times a day for about $12/hour after taxes ($25k/year is roughly $10/hour after taxes).

For as much as they want to cry out about racial profiling and being targeted, they sure do hurt themselves by always drawing so much attention to themselves. The sheer lack of respect for authority is also a very common trait of their people, yet they do love holding out their hands for anything they can get from the Government, which essentially is authority. I better stop before one of them files a lawsuit against me ...

@ytownredux: So, judging from your comment, in your closed mind, all Christians are perfect people who must remain positive 100% of the time and have no faults, otherwise a non-believer like yourself will be waiting right there, ready to pounce on any imperfections shown by a Christian and put it on the front page. If only people like you spent more time looking in the mirror instead of over-analyzing others' words.
And regardless, what is there to be positive about here?

Such a terrible and disgusting thing. Same sex marriage is an abomination equal with bestiality.
This country can't seem to figure out why it is going to Hell in a handbasket, yet we have the President approving gay marriage. The farther away we get from God, the more vile things like this you will see come to pass.

They were actually trying to bring him back to life. Though extreme it may sound, a shot of salt water is comon knowledge amongst addicts to revive someone who has recently over dosed from opiates. Whether this is true or not I cannot say, but a few years ago I did see it work.
As for the cleaning fluid, it could have been a last ditch attempt to bring him back, but nonetheless seems a little odd.
They were probably also junkies themselves and took the $400 figuring he didn't need it anymore.
