ORDEAL OVER: The parents of Gina Tenney, Avalon, left, and Lucian Tenney, discuss the death-penalty

Yes this is true 2 cases one death and one life. Hmmm...Youngstown justice system at its best. However because the jury found Bennie guilty on circumstantial evidence does not mean that he did it. They are using the guilty verdict as a submission of guilt.
Because a jury finds one guilty does not mean one is guilty.
Not showing remorse or not taking responsibility as Judge Timothy Franken so stated, why would those things happen if he states he is not guilty. To use that as a determining factor to go with the jury's recommendation of death is at best ludacris.
People please pay attention. There is something afoul in all of this.

Marc Dann told police departments to open cold cases one for every jurisdiction. I don't know across Ohio how many was as glorified as the one in Youngstown. Why when he gets into office that is the first thing that he does. I wonder if he is friends with Blanchard as well as the other people that was in his employ. Is this what politics is all about? Citizens tax dollars are going toward hiring friends and doing favors for friends, what a joke!

GUILTY MAN: A jury in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court found Bennie Adams, center, guilty of the a

Since it is almost election time a travesty of justice has been had. One guy gets life for killing 2 adults and 4 children. The other gets death for killing 1, that was committed 22 years ago. It was not proven beyond a shadow of doubt. The judge allowed for evidence to be presented that swayed in the prosecutorial arena and to make the defendant look bad as they did not have anything proving who committed the murder.

Judge rules evidence valid

Is there a gag order on this case. It seems everytime you write an article about it you give the history of it as if you have to keep reminding people who he is and why it is that you are writing it. Also you seem to be writing this as if he is found guilty already. Has he been tried and found guilty? Does our law state that a person is innocent until proven guilty? As well as everything should be alledged since you do not know what he has or has not done.
