Imagine that. The health department and county commissioners ignored the law. What other laws have they been ignoring? Too many to count, I'm sure. Glad someone finally stood up to them. Magistrate Aurilio, Judge McKay, and Attorney Bodor are to be commended for not letting these goons run over private citizen's rights.

Are you kidding me?!! Is it too hard for Schaffner to just offer of an apology? He just keeps making arrogant and pathetic excuses. Here's a clue, if CSB workers lied about the notes, etc., then why would you believe that someone actually popped in every 15 minutes during visitation?
To hell with the kids, CSB has to cover their @ss. I bet there will be a special place in hell for you people. If you don't care any more than that about these children who have already been harmed enough, then find a new line of work. Try the abortion clinics. It's a quicker route to the same end that your serving now.

Great job, Ed Runyan! The floating tanks issue stopped when Stark Aeration raised the float settings, allowing proper ballast in the tanks. The hearing was abruptly halted on day 3 by the Board of Health after TCHD's witnesses brought forth information incriminating of TCHD's administration.
