I work for this company. It is the best company that I have worked for. The only reason why the "Blue Crew" is sent out in situations like this is so we can service our customers without a disruption of service so the union workers have a job to come back to. If it wasn't for our customers we would have no jobs and I don't think that would be the way I would want to go with this. So go ahead and have your strike and fight for what you believe in. Just remember that while you are having a strike the "Blue Crew" will be making your money while you sit at home or on the picket line saying how unfair the company is.
