Don't ever try to do anthing good in Youngstown because you wake up all of the "do nothings" in Yunkstown who would never give a penny to help make this a better place to live. I am proud to say that I have given many dollars to do just that and I do not look for anything in return except making your miserable life somewhat better whether you know it or not.

Now go back to laying on the couch and dream up something else to complain about rather than do something worthwhile !! Bah Humbug !!!

ONCE AGAIN THE UNIONS HAVE SCREWED UP ANOTHER SECTOR OF SOCIETY.

POSTAL WORKERS ARE INDEED NECESSARY, BUT THEY ARE WAY OVERPAID FOR THE JOB THAT THEY DO. IT DOESN'T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO DELIVER MAIL AND THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE TO DO THAT JOB AT HALF THE PRICE.

NO, I WOULDN'T WANT THEIR JOBS.....SNOW, WIND, RAIN,SUN, DOGS ETC., BUT THEY ARE STILL OVER PAID AND THEIR UNIONS WENT TOO FAR TO GET THEM MORE MONEY, MORE PERKS, MORE OVERTIME.

THEY KILLED THE GOOSE THAT LAID THE GOLDEN EGG.......SO NOW THEY WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT !!

SORRY FOLKS, BUT THAT IS ECONOMICS 101.

Stan......You try to come across as a very intelligent know-it-all. Well, let me tell you chum, you have not done any research on Walter Pishkur.

Walter took over Forum when it was already in a deep hole. He used his excellent business background to try to straighten the fiasco out. Given the time, he would have put the hospital back on track and we would still have a locallly owned hospital.

It woild be refreshing to have an astute businessman on the board of commissioners rather than some political retread that knows nothing about running a successful business.

Wake up and smell the roses.

It never ceases to amaze me that people from Boardman are among the biggest whiners and cheapskates in the Mahoning Valley. Many people couldn't wait to move to a fine community like Boardman and then when they get here, try their best to tear it down.

If your house or church had raw sewage coming in and it was beyond repair.....would you move to a better location?? ( probably not !!).

Can't you understand that "things" and buildings need replaced after so many years ?? Let's keep Boardman current and replace and modernize them when posssible.

If your house catches on fire don't you want the best response time and the best equipment and trained firefighters??

With grants we will get a long needed main fire dept. with only small matching funds.

LET"S KEEP BOARDMAN ON THE CUTTING EDGE.................

I agree. If these two re-treads didn't do anything when they were in Washington before, what makes the voters think that they will help us now. We are wiping the slate clean of "do-nothing" political hacks that don't know what an honest job is. My vote is for Johnson or someone of that ilk. Wilson and Boccieri think that the people owe them a living in Washinton. A lifetime at sucking at the public troft is over for these two has beens.

Give me a break. I can count on one hand the "teachers" that give soooooooo much of their time to the University. How many have extra jobs in the many hours that they are not "teaching" ? Oh sure, some of them spend extra hours writing papers (publish or perish) to further their own careers. They are a greedy bunch. If they aren't happy with YSU......get out and find another cushy job. Very few would find work in the private sector.

My heart goes out to Dr. Anderson to hear all of the lies about her. She is the best president that the students will ever encounter.

You haven't lived until you eat the pizza from Cornersburg pizza.....across from the Boardman Plaza on route 224. I would drive 1400 miles to get it.
