Six take plea agreements in Canfield fight cases || FILE VIDEO

All though Judge Hunter did his usual good job these young men really got a off easy. If the family has money to hire good legal help and they listen and don't say too much things usualy work out. However those with out money and no lawyer are given bonds , not of $75 but up in the thousands they then have to sit in Mahoning County jail where just the bare essentials have to be bought. One or two days maybe OK however 30 or more days is more the norm. Yes--Yes , I know . If you don't do the crime ect. ect. If the person is not a violent offender that posses no threat to the community at large and if destitute or the family is indegent why keep them in jail. Has northeast Ohio so many unused jail cells that have to be filled , the courts can't cut the poor and unlucky a little slack. But what do I know ! ------ I like truck stop restrooms and FOX news.
