I would like to see Walmart aquire water service from ANYONE else but Youngstown and add to their hiring practices, NO YOUNGSTOWN RESIDENTS. The residents voted these "leaders" into office, they need to see these leaders are adding to their demise.
ps: Doesn't YTown also charge a 40% surcharge to the suburbs too for water? When is enough,enough?
