I grew up on a farm in Canfield and have fond memories of my Mom and sisters preparing for the annual Polish Arts Tea. Our Mother took it very seriously and it was just one of the many ways she encouraged us to get a higher education, and to support the arts. I also enjoyed licking the bowl after she made her signature Dobish tort!
