I'm sorry, I have no compassion or remorse. You choose your direction in life. More jobs? Give me a break. That's a frigging cop out of an excuse. These no accounts choose the life of drugs and crime. These idiots choose to not work any type of job. It's easy for them to just commit crime after crime. What's the judicial system going to do? I hope they all get blown away. Keep killing each other. Less money to spend on useless trials.

Layoffs are needed but most of the layoffs will come at the expense of the most recently hired employees. Time to put in a years of service or age limit with employees. It's been 30 yrs. since graduating from YSU and when I return for alumni functions I see the same old faces that were there when I was a student. Retire already. You should have enough stashed away to survive the remainder of your life plus you will be getting a nice retirement from PERS or STRS.
