The Indians DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TAXES, which mean this new casino will be able to match this amount. Why do you think the amendment is worded as it is; "up to 30% in taxes". If there was NO chance of a competing casino opening up in Ohio, the amendment would guarantee 30% a tax return.
