I have a question. South Range schools have open enrollment so I'm asked to vote on a school levy when I live in the South Range school district that will raise my taxes but the kids whose parents don't live in the South school district taxes do not go up. Why would I vote for this?

Glad to see Boardman and Poland schools didn't need to be graded because they were already above all other local school districts. Congratulations to both Boardman and Poland!

Thank you Judge Durkin for helping people. Unlike this fellow above that thinks jail is the answer. Got news for you RT, your drug of choice alcohol is the gateway drug that leads to the drug problems. Maybe you should look yourself in the mirror next time you have your drug of choice (a glass of wine) with dinner or when your having your drug of choice ( a beer) while watching your game. You and people like you are why we have drug (which includes alcohol) problems in society. The root of the problem is the glorification of alcohol every night on TV we watch how you should drink Budweiser while watching the game or you have to have alcohol in having a good time that's the gateway drug and that's the grassroots effort to stop drug addiction. quit glorifying the drug alcohol.

People make mistakes in their lives. Sometimes two and three mistakes. These guys involved had made some mistakes in the past but putting those mistakes a side, these are some Great football minds. I think EVERYONE is due a second chance and these coaches are no exceptions! Good times ahead for us penguin fans. I think these guys are going to be winners and going to bring back pride to the football program and community.YSU!

This is always a great thing for high school athletes. Not only varsity football but varsity track, varsity soccer, varsity lacrosse, and all the underclass games. Baseball and softball will benefit from the new stadium. From what I hear the track will be open to the public. Sounds like a GREAT PRIVATE investment in the community.

Boardman, Canfield, and Poland do not have open enrollment. I don't know how much longer that will last with those three either. It's a shame that football has forced open enrollment.

Really? His numbers don't match "entering the nfl draft". Maybe free agency, maybe. Really
