Why did no one take the dogs away from him? He was told he could not own dogs while on probation violated that order but no one took the dogs? How many dogs have to die at the hands of this monster before Ohio wakes up and passes Nitro's Law? Someone should have been watching him this shouldn't have been left up to private citizens to report. His parole/probation officer should be charged as an accomplice!
