It is interesting to me that all of the individuals commenting so far have made the assumption that the state is right. I would wager the reason the city did not get a response back from the Dept. of Taxation is because the decision was siting on the desk of some Tax Dept. employee for a least a year.
I want to thank Mr. Ryan for explaining how big concerts work. In the past I have only attended concerts /sporting events in Cleveland, Pittsburgh and even in Youngstown. I will be sure to follow Mr. Ryan’s sage advice if I ever decide to attend a” big concert” at the Covelli Center again. Thank you again Mr. Ryan
