This is what should be done to all of the felons if caught with guns. If you stop putting them in time out and lock them up you wouldn't have killings like this. If you are not supposed to be in possession of a gun and are caught with one, guess what, go to jail. It doesn't take a fifth grader to figure this out.
In this case, the defendant is guilty, but his defense is crying his rights were violated. I believe when you commit a crime and you have spots and blemishes on your record from the past, even a monkey can see the problem here. It's not going to get better until the law gets extremely strict on the repeat offenders.
I agree that if the victim would have been locked up he would not be a statistic now. First off, the problem is the upbringing, second the environment, third is the lack of education and common sense. It will never get better unless strict discipline is enforced. This method of law enforcement is equivalent to time out on the "Super Nanny" where the children scream and holler at the parents and the parents think it's cute. Lock these career criminals up for a considerable amount of time across the pond (Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria) and let them exhibit the street mentality there. I guarantee they won't survive.............
I seem to remember a similar situation in Texas where the officer was dragged because his arm got rolled up in the window. He shot the foolish driver fearing his life was in danger, killing him. Children were in the car as well as a cache of drugs. This should have been the same outcome.
A felon is not to have in his possession nor be around anyone with possession of a firearm. Here is where the law loses their credibility. Break the law, suffer the consequences. Crime will not go away, but you can decrease it to a certain extent.
If the parents were more than 10 years older than the children, they might have some discipline instilled in them. Another factor is when they commit crimes they are slapped on the hands and released giving them the mindset that it's ok. Hold the parents responsible.
This mother is in denial. What is the age difference between this mother and her son. Hmmm, makes you wonder. He exhibits a lack of total home training and it appears he might have been born with some type of syndrome. I wonder if she smoked or drank while she was carrying him. The video clearly shows who is at fault, and the bus driver and assistant reacted appropriately. No lawyer in his right mind should take this case. Youngstown needs to be fumigated.
The video clearly shows who is at fault. This moron's parents are slow too if they are claiming to have video evidence of who started what. There appears to be a significant lack of home training from the foul language used. We should stand behind the bus driver and assistant 100% in this situation. There should be no repercussions on their part. All we can do in this situation is pray for him and his family.
There are a lot of things that could be implemented to fix the problems in this particular society. First of all if I have to take a drug test to get a job, why shouldn't "Queshia" have to take one to get welfare. The elected officials should have their feet held to the fire to implement this in their respective districts. Let's go one step further with the outcome of this implementation. The crime rate soars because now they can't get their hair and nails done. Lock up criminals and use them to clean up the urban blight. They are used because they have a debt to pay to society. Bottom line is they don't believe in the man Jesus but the man (flesh). On this side is salvation, the other side is justice. Time to get right.
What will it take to clean the community of those who will not abide by the law. Does someone else have to be maimed or killed to keep these criminals on lock-down. It is clear that once the option of bond is presented, they will go out and continue to act inhumanely. There is a facility that is not being utilized where they can be housed. Let the legally armed citizens post up and make sure these criminals stay inline. Keeping them off the streets decreases crime that much more. It is evident, 95% of crime is by a repeat offender.
