ODNR should shut the facility down permanently. Many people in the area depend upon wells for their drinking water and allowing this company to inject harmful and dangerous chemicals used in fracking is irresponsible of elected officals.Levying a tax on disposal is not the answer because when your water supply is polluted with dangerous chemicals your home value become worthless.

Since the wells in the area are 80 feet deep or more i doubt the contaniments would show up so soon.Periodic testing should be conducted to assure the residents that their water is safe to drink. Why KDA was issued a permit to allow an injection well in an area where so many people depend upon well for their clean water supply should be investigated and the well should be shut down and capped.

When you dont have clean potable water your home value become worthless but itseems officals are more intent on allowing Klease to turn Vienna into a toxic dump rather than protect home owners.
