This saddens and sickens me to no end. Just another abuse of power here. There is NO excuse for this sorry human being to be allowed to maintain his job and NOT be charged with a crime. If a 'common person' had killed an officer - YES this K-9 is considered an OFFICER OF THE LAW - then said person would be held accountable for those actions. I guarantee someone NOT in law enforcement would be sitting in jail for murdering an officer. How are we supposed to trust in the law when the law has become such a contradiction?!?? Talk about "getting away with murder" Our legal and judicial system has become a circus act. I can now see why they chose to have a racetrack over passing Nitro's Law!! It's becoming more and more apparent as incidents like this occur. CORRUPT GOVERNMENT IS EVERYWHERE, from the top down. This country better get it's head out of it's ass...and quickly.
