By the way per my previous comment, I am not defending Tim, I do not know the man, I'm just trying to look at all aspects and look at the situation rationally rather than emotionally!
Capital punishment? Hoping Tim gets violated in prison...what the hell kind of talk is this!? I understand EVERYONE is outraged and upset by this story because of the victim, the innocent child involved and I definitely have her in my prayers and hope she makes a full recovery and no doubt will she have many years of therapy in her future...nevertheless everyone wants to point the blame at just Tim, or just the single mother, or both, but dont you all realize everything you hear right now is just HEAR SAY! Nothing has been proven...its all ACCUSATIONS! Last time I checked, this was the United States of America where a defendant is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY and sorry to say, there is NOTHING stating that Tim is guilty...no DNA from him on the little girl, no fingerprints on her body from him...NOTHING indicating he is actually the one that has done this...and as for the burns on her genitals, I would hate that someone would burn a child there, but it could definitely be that the childs diaper was not changed nearly often enough and incurred a bad diaper rash, or if the child is potty trained, might have had an accident and her undergarments were not changed in a sufficent amount of time....people you need to consider EVERYTHING and not just point fingers! Let the police and investigators do their jobs and find out exactly what happend and who is responsible..its what our tax dollars pay for!
I'm NOT saying that he is innocent...what I'm saying is that there is NO EVIDENCE to support that he is actually the one who has done this horrible crime....and no he did not break into my house or yours, but the fact of the matter is NONE of his criminal background has EVER been THIS SERIOUS SO THERE IS NO PATTERN TO FOLLOW! Ok first of all, NOT ONE OF YOU commenting on this issue are saying that you know either the mother or the boyfriend and are defending either one...all you are doing is placing blame based on what you've read and researched about the suppossed defendant in this case! Open your eyes...there is NO EVIDENCE that is PROVING Mr.White had done this and NO EVIDENCE that he didnt...everything is HEAR SAY at this point! Now I do not know either party just like all of you, but what happend to INNOCENT until PROVEN GUITLY!?!? I feel for the little girl, I really do and hope she recovers from all this trauma that has been brought onto her, but NOONE commenting on this page knows exactly what happened and who did it! So instead of pointing blame at just the boyfriend or just the mother or both, we should all be praying that this innocent little girl makes a full recovery and let the police and investigators do their jobs that our tax dollars pay for and find out exactly what happened, for how long, and who is truly responsible for the crime! Thats what they make the big bucks for!!! And as for bringing up Mr White's previous record....did any of you actually look at it!? Its stupid things like, petty theft, receiving stolen property, underage drinking and/or selling to underage people....NOTHING of this nature before...so before you go and JUDGE someone based on their previous record, be sure that you have something to judge about because I dont see a pattern like many of you had said!
